Pegasus Insecticide Technical Details

  • Technical Name: Diafenthiuron – 50% WP
  • Mode of Entry: Contact and Stomach
  • Mode of Action: Pegasus Insecticide, which contains Diafenthiuron as its active ingredient, operates by inhibiting mitochondrial ATP synthase. This mode of action disrupts the energy production in pests, leading to paralysis and eventual death. After the pest comes into contact with or ingests the insecticide, it becomes immobile and stops causing damage to the crop. Death typically occurs within 3-4 days.
